In a significant administrative overhaul, Madhya Pradesh witnessed a transfer of at least 37 IAS officers, including the Commissioners of the Indore Municipal Corporation and Bhopal Municipal Corporation, during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday.

Frank Nobel, formerly the Commissioner of Bhopal Municipal Corporation, has been reassigned as the Deputy Secretary of the Urban Administration and Housing Department. Harendra Narayan, who previously served as the Additional Collector in Bhopal, has assumed the role of Commissioner at the Bhopal Municipal Corporation.

Furthermore, Harshika Singh, the former Commissioner of the Indore Municipal Corporation, has been redirected to the Director of the Skill Development Department. Shivam Verma, who held the position of Additional Commissioner in the Urban Administration and Development Department, has been made Commissioner of the Indore Municipal Corporation.

In other notable changes, Sanjay Kumar Shukla, the former Principal Secretary to the Governor, has been reassigned as the Principal Secretary of the Women and Child Development Department. Similarly, Mukesh Chand Gupta, who previously served as the Principal Secretary of the Planning, Economics, and Statistics Department, has taken over as the Principal Secretary to the Governor.

Vivek Kumar Porwal, OSD cum Principal Revenue Commissioner has been given the charge of Principal Secretary, Public Health and Medical education. Dr Navneet Kothari, Secretary of the Fishery Welfare and Fishery Development Department, has been transferred as Secretary MSME.

P Narhari, Secretary, MSME, has been assigned the role of Secretary Public Health Engineering Department. Dhananjay Singh Bhadoria, Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department has been made Managing Director, Agriculture Marketing cum Commissioner Mandi.

Babu Singh Jamod, Secretary of Planning, Economics and Statistics, has been appointed Commissioner Shahdol Division. Mal Singh Bhaydiya has been appointed MD of Madhya Pradesh, Khadi, and Gramodaya Board.

Manshukla, MD Agriculture Marketing Board cum Mandi Commissioner has been Secretary, Planning, Economics and Statistics department. Shilpa Gupta, Secretary, Planning, Economics and Statistics Department, has been appointed Commissioner, “Lok Shikshan.”

Vandana Vaidya, the incumbent Collector of Shahdol, has been entrusted with the responsibility of Additional Commissioner for Tribal Development. Anubha Shrivastava, previously serving as OSD cum Commissioner for “Lok Shikshan,” will now hold the dual role of OSD cum Principal Revenue Commissioner. Meanwhile, Shashi Bhushan Singh, who served as Additional Secretary of the MSME Department, has been appointed as the Director of Horticulture and Food Processing. Satendra Singh, the former Additional Commissioner for Tribal Development, has been elevated to the position of Collector for Guna.

Further changes include Chote Singh, the former Additional Commissioner for Revenue in the Rewa Division, who has been appointed as the Secretary of the Revenue Board. Akshay Kumar Singh has been named as the Additional Secretary for the General Administration Department. Suresh Kumar Singh, who previously served as Secretary for the Revenue Board, will now take up the role of Collector for Panna.

Harjinder Singh, the erstwhile Collector of Panna, has been assigned the role of Additional Secretary for the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department. Meanwhile, Sanjay Kumar has been appointed as the Additional Secretary for the Revenue Board.

Manoj Pushp, who served as Additional Secretary for the Social Justice and Divyangjan Empowerment Department, will now serve as the Director for Panchayat Raj. Rohit Singh, who held the position of Managing Director for Laghu Udhyog Nigam, has been transferred to the Deputy Secretary position in the Finance Department.

Other notable changes include Tarun Bhatnagar, the former Deputy Secretary for Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development, who has been appointed as the Collector of Shahdol. Arun Kumar Parmar, the Collector of Singhrauli, has been assigned the role of Deputy Secretary for the Narmada Valley Development Department. Amanveer Singh, the Collector of Guna, has been appointed as the Managing Director for Urja Vikas Nigam.

Chandra Shekar Shukla, who served as the Commissioner for Sagar Municipal Corporation, has been reassigned as the Collector for Singhrauli. Harshal Pancholi, the former Deputy Secretary for the Urban Development and Housing Department, will now serve as the Additional Collector for Bhopal.

Himanshu Chandra, the former Deputy Secretary for the Public Works Department, has been reassigned as the Additional Collector for Bhopal. Harendra Narayan, who served as the Additional Collector for Bhopal, will now assume the role of Commissioner for Bhopal Municipal Corporation. Jagdish Kumar Gome, the CEO of District Panchayat Badwani, has been appointed as the CEO of District Panchayat Bhind.

Additionally, Ankita Dhakra, the former Additional Collector for Bhopal, has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary for the Social Justice and Divyangjan Empowerment Department. Dr. Sher Singh Meena, the former Additional Collector for District Jabalpur, will now serve as the Commissioner for Satna Municipal Corporation. Akshay Kumar Temraval, the CEO of District Panchayat Rajgarh, has been assigned the Additional Commissioner for Urban Administration Development role.
