
In a minor administrative adjustment within Uttarakhand, the government led by Pushkar Singh Dhami has implemented changes affecting three IAS officers.
Harishchandra Semwal, an IAS officer of the 2005 batch, has relinquished his responsibilities in the Irrigation and Women Empowerment Department & Child Development due to health reasons.
Chandresh Yadav, from the 2006 batch of IAS officers, has assumed the role of Secretary in the Women Empowerment Department.

Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar, an IAS officer from the 2007 batch, has been appointed as the new Secretary for the Irrigation Department.
