Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to inaugurate the Uttar Pradesh Ground Breaking Ceremony on 19th February in Lucknow where he will launch 60 mega projects that are poised to attract investments totaling Rs 91,456.89 crore and generate approximately 81,424 job opportunities. This is the fourth edition of Uttar Pradesh Ground Breaking Ceremony which will be held between 19th to 21st February.

The Uttar Pradesh government, under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath, is set to unveil contracts amounting to Rs 10 lakh crore for 14,000 projects during the Ground Breaking Ceremony 4 (GBC-4). The official announcement and signing of these agreements are scheduled for February 19, with PM Modi in attendance.

The primary objective of these projects is to overhaul the technological landscape of the state, ushering in an era of industrial revolution in Uttar Pradesh’s tech sector and propelling it to new economic heights, as stated by the Department of IT and ITeS.


Among the significant investments, the Noida Data Center Park being developed by NIDP Developers Private Limited stands out. This project entails an investment of Rs 30,000 crore spread across 20 acres of land in the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority area and is expected to employ 2,160 individuals.
