Uttarakhand Officials revealed on Tuesday that Radha Raturi, an esteemed Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, is poised to make history as Uttarakhand’s inaugural female chief secretary.

The nod from Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami signals Raturi’s ascent to the state’s top administrative role, succeeding Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, whose tenure concludes tommorow.

A veteran of the 1988 IAS batch, Raturi presently serves as Uttarakhand‘s additional chief secretary, poised to chart a groundbreaking path as the state’s foremost woman bureaucrat.
