Ram Mandir Consecration Ceremony


In a momentous occasion, Ayodhya is poised for the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir today, transcending years of dispute, debates, and legal battles. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, amidst high security, has arrived to inaugurate the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ rituals. Led by Acharya Laxmikant Dixit, 121 priests will conduct the ceremony, and the shrine will open its gates to the public starting Tuesday.

The idol consecration, attended by approximately 8,000 invitees, including 1,500-1,600 “eminent” guests, promises a momentous spectacle.

Ceremony Details:


Commencement Time: The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony is set to begin at 12:20 pm, concluding around 1 pm.PM’s Address: Following the ceremony, Prime Minister Modi will address a gathering of over 7,000 individuals.

Nationwide Viewing: With a half-day off declared by the Centre and several states, millions of people across the country and abroad are expected to witness the live telecast on TV and online platforms.


Security Measures:
Ayodhya has transformed into a fortress with rigorous security arrangements, including seven companies of CAPF, two anti-drone systems, two NSG sniper teams, and a substantial police presence throughout the temple town.
