2. Lalit Jain – Director, Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration, Haryana, Chandigarh (Proforma Promotion)
3. Vivek Bhatia – Principal Private Secretary-cum-Special Secretary to Chief Minister, Shimla
4. Dorje Chhering Negi – Settlement Officer, Shimla Division at Shimla
5. Gopal Chand – Director, Urban Development, Shimla

Junior Administrative Grade Promotion (2015 Batch):

1. Apoorv Devgan – Deputy Commissioner, Chamba
2. Priyanka Verma – Mission Director, National Health Mission, Shimla
3. Mukesh Repaswal – Director, Information Technology, Shimla
4. Kumad Singh – Director, Agriculture, Shimla
5. Vinay Singh – Director, Ayush, Shimla
6. Harbans Singh Brascon – Special Secretary, PWD
