In a recent administrative reshuffle in Gujarat, the state government has made few important changes. Shri C.V.Som, IAS (RR:GJ:1990), currently the Additional Chief Secretary to Government (R&R), at the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, has been entrusted with an added responsibility. He will now also oversee the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government (Narmada) within the same department. This move comes as Shri Manish Bhardwaj, IAS is being transferred from his position.
Furthermore, Shri Anupam Anand, IAS (RR:GJ:2000), who is the Commissioner of Labour in Gandhinagar, has been given an additional charge. He will now also serve as the Chief Executive Officer for the Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA), Gandhinagar. This decision relieves Shri Manish Bhardwaj, IAS from the additional responsibilities tied to that role.
