
The central government on Friday brought yet another major bureaucratic arrangement. It has transferred key officers and made new appointments within the ministry.
As per the Notifications released yesterday, appointments and recommendations issued are as follows:
Sundaram Rukmani, CSS cadre, was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare for a tenure of five years.
Yogita Rana (IAS: 2003) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, for a tenure of five years.
Chauhan Sarita Chand (IAS: 1999: UT) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying for a tenure of five years.
Anice Joseph Chandra (IRS C&IT: 1995) was appointed as MD, National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation of India Limited (NCCF) under the Department of Consumer Affairs for a tenure of five years.
Ashish Goyal (llnfoS 1996) was appointed as Additional DG, National Museum under the Ministry of Culture for a tenure of five years.
Naveen Kumar Shah (IFoS: 2000: UT) was appointed as CMD, National Handicapped Finance & Development Corporation (NHFDC) under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for a combined tenure of seven years.
Anita Karn (IFoS: 1997: GJ) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution for a tenure of five years.
Ashutosh Joshi (IA&AS: 1994) was appointed as ED (Genl), Food Corporation of India (FCI), New Delhi under the Department of Food & Public Distribution for a tenure of five years.
Rahul Ramesh Nangare (IRS C&IT: 1999) was appointed as CEPI in the office of Custodian of Enemy Property for India (CEPI) under the Ministry of Home Affairs for a tenure of five years by temporarily upgrading the post from Director level to Joint Secretary level for two years.
Praveen Bonigala (IFoS: 1995: (RJ) was appointed as Joint Secretary, NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs for a tenure of five years.
Pankaj Bodkhe (IRS C&IT: 2000) was appointed as Financial Advisor, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Mumbai under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises for a tenure of five years.
Abha Rani Singh (IRS IT: 1996) was appointed as CMD, National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC) under the Ministry of Minority Affairs for a tenure up to her superannuation on 31/08/2027.
Sai Baba Darbamulla (IRSME: 1993) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power for a tenure of five years.
Balamurugan D (IAS: 2005: BH) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade for a tenure of five years.
Vasundhara Upmanyu (IRS IT: 1992) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, for a tenure up to her superannuation on 31/10/2027.
Amrit Raj (IPoS: 1994) was appointed as Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) in the office of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) under the Ministry of Textiles for a tenure of five years.
