The Government of Himachal Pradesh, with a recent order, has Subhasish Panda as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister in additional capacity. The 1997-Batch IAS officer will also be taking over the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Public Works Department (PWD), Excise & Taxation, and Information & Public Relations.
Panda is presently serving as the Advisor at the Department of Infrastructure and Tourism, Government of Himachal Pradesh.
