Telangana Govt reshuffles 14 IAS officers including 8 Collectors & DMs

With the release of a transfer order on August 3o, the Government of Telangana moved a major administrative rejig reshuffling positions of 14 IAS officers including eight Collectors and District Magistrates.


1. M Raghunandan Rao (IAS 2002-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Agriculture and Cooperation Department and Agriculture Prices Commission (APC). Also, he gets the post of Commissioner, Agriculture.

2. Anita Ramachandran (IAS 2004-Batch) has been appointed as Secretary, Telangana State Public Service Commission.

3. Dr A Sharath (IAS 2005-Batch) has been shifted and appointed as Commissioner, Panchayati Raj and Rural Development.


4. Mohammed Abdul Azeem (IAS 2004-Batch) has been made Deputy Secretary, Minorities Department.

5. D Krishna Bhaskar (IAS 2012-Batch) has been given the charge of Director, Industries.


6. Dr V Venkateswarlu (IAS 2013-Batch) gets the post of Director, Youth Services.

7. Jitesh V Patil (IAS 2016-Batch) has been named Collector and District Magistrate (DM), Kamareddy.

8. K Nikhila (IAS 2015-Batch) has been shifted and posted as Collector and DM, Vikarabad.

9. Anuraag Jayanti (IAS 2015-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Collector and DM, Rajanna Sircilla.

10. P Uday Kumar (IAS 2016-Batch) has been appointed as Collector and DM, Nagarkurnool.

11. Valluru Kranthi (IAS 2016-Batch) has been given the post of Collector and DM, Jogulamba-Gadwal.

12. Shivalingaiah (IAS 2013-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Collector and DM, Jangaon.

13. B Gopi (IAS 2016-Batch) gets the charge of Collector and DM, Warangal.

14. K Shashanka (IAS 2013-Batch) has been assigned the post of Collector and DM, Mahabubabad.
