The Government of Assam on May 10 issued orders to appoint Paban Kumar Borthakur (IAS 1989-Batch) as Additional Chief Secretary, Transformation and Development and Cultural Affairs Departments.
Prior to the newly assigned charge, Paban Kumar Borthakur was posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of the state of Assam.
