Centre reshuffles charges of 8 IAS officers at Secretary level

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle at the Centre, the Government of India on April 6 released the official orders for the transfer and posting of 8 IAS officer at the level of Secretary.

Tarun Bajaj (IAS 1988-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. At present, he is serving as Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.

Ajay Seth (IAS 1987-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs.

Gyanesh Kumar (IAS 1988-Batch) will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. Currently, he is working as Additional Secretary, Department of Home, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Ali Raza Rizvi (IAS 1988-Batch) will assume the post of Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises.

Indevar Pandey (IAS 1988-Batch) has been given the post of Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Department of Pensions and Pensioners Welfare.

Anjali Bhawra (IAS 1988-Batch) has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

Jatindra Nath Swain (IAS 1988-Batch) has been posted as Secretary, Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying.

Anil Kumar Jha (IAS 1988-Batch) has been given the charge of Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
