Ahead of the Panchayat elections, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, on March 3, released official orders for the transfer and posting of 31 IAS officers. This is the second round of reshuffling as nine IAS officers including six district magistrates were transferred on March 2.

The complete list of 40 IAS officers transferred in both the rounds includes:

1. Hekali Zhimomi (IAS 1996-Batch) has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Child Development and Nutrition Department.

   

2. Anita C Meshram (IAS 1996-Batch) has been given the post of Principal Staff Officer, Chief Secretary Project.

   
   

3. R Ramesh Kumar (IAS 1995-Batch) will take over as Commissioner, Bareilly Division.

   

4. Sanjay Goel (IAS 2004-Batch) has been transferred and appointed as Commissioner, Prayagraj Division.

5. Anjaney Kumar Singh (IAS 2005-Batch) has been allotted the position of Commissioner In-Charge, Moradabad Division.

6. Surendra Singh (IAS 2005-Batch) has been made Commissioner, Meerut Division.

7. Deepa Ranjan (IAS 2013-Batch) will e assuming the charge of District Magistrate (DM), Badaun.

8. Ravindra Kumar Mandar (IAS 2013-Batch) has been appointed as DM, Rampur.

9. Saumya Agrawal (IAS 2013-Batch) has been allocated the charge of DM, Basti.

10. Shubhrant Shukla will be taking up the charge of DM, Chitrakoot.

11. Ashutosh Niranjan (IAS 2010-Batch) will be assuming the post of DM, Deoria.

12. Jitendra Pratap Singh (IAS 2013-Batch) has been appointed as DM, Kanpur (Rural).

13. Prathmesh Kumar (IAS 2016-Batch) has been made Special Secretary to the Chief Minister.

14. Ranvir Prasad (IAS 2000-Batch) has been given the charge of Secretary, Revenue Department.

15. Pankaj Kumar (IAS 2002-Batch) has been posted as Managing Director (MD), Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (UPPCL).

16. Virendra Kumar Singh (IAS 2004-Batch) will take over as MD, Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation (PCDF).

17. Shamim Ahmed Khan (IAS 2005-Batch) has been allotted the post of Secretary, Higher Education.

18. B Chandrakala (IAS 2008-Batch) will assume the charge of Special Secretary, Agricultural Production Commissioner (APC) Branch.

19. Pooja Pandey (IAS 2008-Batch) has been given the post of Special Secretary, Handicap Welfare Department.

20. Kumar Prashant (IAS 2010-Batch) has been made Special Secretary, Home.

21. Chandra Prakash Srivastava (IAS 2010-Batch) has been appointed as AIG, Stamp Department.

22. Krishna Kumar (IAS 2010-Batch) has been made Special Secretary, Agricultural Production Commissioner (APC) Branch.

23. Sheshmani Pandey (IAS 2012-Batch) will take over as Special Secretary, Handicraft.

24. Devendra Singh Kushwaha (IAS 2012-Batch) has been posted as Special Secretary, Agricultural Production Commissioner (APC) Branch.

25. Rajender Pensiya (IAS 2015-Batch) has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Agra Development Authority.

26. Aruna Mauli has been transferred and appointed as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Farrukhabad.

27. Vipin Jain (IAS 2016-Batch) has been made JDM, Jal Nigam.

28. Radhe Shyam (IAS 2012-Batch) has been given the charge of Special Secretary, Backward Classes.

29. KK Gupta has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, State Election Commission.

30. Duli Amandeep (IAS 2015-Batch) has been made Additional CEO, Noida.

31. Riya Kejriwal (IAS 2017-Batch) has been posted as CDO, Balrampur.

32. Anuj Malik (IAS 2017-Batch) has been appointed as CDO, Kushinagar.

33. Raja Ganapati has been given the post of Director, Health Department.

34. Prerna Singh (IAS 2017-Batch) will take over as CDO, Etawah.

35. Anita Yadav (IAS 2017-Batch) has been posted as CDO, Ayodhya.

36. Ashish Kumar (IAS 2015-Batch) has been made Municipal Commissioner, Gorakhpur.

37. Anjani Kumar Singh will assume the post of Director, Mandi Parishad.

38. Ram Sahay Yadav will be Special Secretary, Agricultural Production Commissioner (APC) Branch.

39. Amit Kishore (IAS 2011-Batch) will take over as MD, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Nigam.

40. Anunaya Jha (IAS 2013-Batch) has been made Municipal Commissioner, Agra.
