The Government of Bihar issued orders to freshly appoint the Former Chief Secretary Deepak Kumar (Retd. IAS 1984-Batch) as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar. The Department of Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Bihar issued the official notification, on February 28, of Kumar’s appointment after his superannuation.
