Following the orders from the Government of Bihar, Amir Subhani (IAS 1987-Batch) has been appointed as Development Commissioner, Bihar. He has also been allotted the additional charge of Director General, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD). Prior to his new appointment, Subhani was posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Bihar.
