VP Joy IAS to assume post of Chief Secretary, Kerala on March 1, 2021

VP Joy, a senior IAS officer of 1987-Batch from Kerala cadre, the Cheif Secretary in-waiting has been appointed by the state. Since he is returning to state cadre from his central deputation, as Officer on Special Duty, in the rank of Additional Chief Secretary, Joy will assume the post of CS on March 1, 2021, and will serve the term till June 30, 2023, or until further orders.
