Following the orders from the Government of Assam, Moloy Bora, an IAS officer of 2004-Batch of Meghalaya cadre, has been given the additional charge of Commissioner and Secretary, Handloom, Textile and Sericulture. Bora is presently serving as Member Board of Revenue, Commissioner – Central Assam Division, Development Commissioner & Secretary – Sports and Youth Welfare Department.
