Upendra Prasad Singh (1985-Batch IAS), Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India has been allotted an additional charge Secretary, Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation with immediate effect. The charge will remain with Singh till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
