Rajkumar Beniwal, a 2004-Batch IAS officer has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Municipalities Administration and Ex-Officio Managing Director, Gujarat Urban Development Committee Limited. He is also Additional Chief Executive Officer of Gujarat Urban Development Mission, Gandhinagar relieving Lochan Sehra of his additional charge of the post.
Beniwal has been out on long term training abroad prior to receiving the transfer orders.
