In the wake of the rising number of COVID cases, C Narayanan Reddy, Collector, Nizamabad placed grievance redressal dropbox in the collectorate complex for people to drop in their complaints. He released an order to discontinue the weekly Prajavani programme which is conducted every Monday and instead asked the people to drop their grievances in the box.

Further, the orders from the Collector clearly stated that everyone coming to the collectorate for dropping grievances needs to wear a mask and ensure physical distancing. However, for those people who cannot make it to the Collectorate, they can email their grievances at dronzb@gmail.com. Reddy said, the grievances emailed will be forwarded to the respective departments for prompt action.

Addressing the rising COVID cases, the Nizamabad Collector also urged the people to not to come out of their houses until it is urgent or needed.
