In a bid to help the citizens amidst the Coronavirus pandemic by spreading awareness, the Government of Telangana has partnered with WhatsApp to build a dedicated Chatbot for the citizens. The people can chat with the bot to receive accurate information on the COVID19 pandemic.
The move is expected to keep people from believing in fake news and information that is going around about the viral outbreak on the media platforms like WhatsApp.
