The Bihar government led by Nitish Kumar in a recent reshuffle transferred and posted five IPS officers in a minor rejig.
The list includes Paras Nath, (1996-Batch) currently IG, Magadh Range, Gaya, has been posted as IG – Budget, Appeal and Welfare along with additional charge as IG- Bihar Military Police.
Pankaj Kumar Darad, (1995-Batch) currently IG – Mithila Zone, Darbhanga, has been posted as ADG- Railways, Patna, Bihar.
Sushil M Khopde, (1995-Batch) currently IG- Operations, has been given additional charge as ADG – ATS, Patna.
Upendra Sharma, (2006-Batch) currently SP, East Champaran (Motihari), has been posted as SSP – Patna.
Amit Kumar, (1994-Batch) currently ADG – Railways, has been posted as ADG, Law and Order, Patna, Bihar.
