Navraj Sandhu (1984-Batch), Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare and Fisheries Departments has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Department. She will also hold the post of Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice Department.

Sanjeev Kaushal (1986-Batch), Additional Chief Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department, taking over the post from Sandhu.

Naresh Kumar, Director and Additional Secretary, Environment and Climate Change Department has been posted as Managing Director, Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Haryana Global City Project Limited, relieving Nikhil Gajraj of the said charge.

The 1987-Batch officer will also hold the post of Managing Director, Integrated Multimodal Logistic Hub (IMLH) Project Limited and Additional Director, Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) Project Limited.

Siddhi Nath Roy (1987-Batch), Additional Chief Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperation Department.

Pankaj Agarwal, (2000-Batch) Director General, Supplies and Disposals and Managing Director, Haryana State Cooperative Federation of Sugar Mills Limited has been appointed as the Director General and Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, relieving Shekhar Vidyarthi from the post.

The 2000-Batch officer will also be the Director General, Supplies and Disposals. He will also hold the charge of Managing Director, Haryana State Cooperative Federation of Sugar Mills Limited.

Sanjay Joon, Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar and Director General and Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department, has been posted as Director General and Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department. The 2003-Batch officer will also be Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar.

Shekhar Vidyarthi, Director and Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, Member Secretary, Haryana Backward Classes Commission and Managing Director, HAFED has been posted as Director and Special Secretary, Environment and Climate Change Department, vice Naresh Kumar. Vidyarthi, the 2004-Batch officer has also been posted as the Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board. Vidyarthi will also be Member Secretary, Haryana Backward Classes Commission. He will also hold the charge of Managing Director, HAFED.
