Premchand Berwal posted as Special Secretary of Rajasthan Home Department

IAS officer Premchand Berwal has been appointed as the Special Secretary, Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
Earlier, He was serving as the Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC).
IAS officer of the 2005 batch, Rajasthan cadre, Berwal was assigned the role of RPSC Ajmer secretary in May 2018.
Berwal hails from Mukundgarh, Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. The transfer and additional charges orders were issued by the Government of Rajasthan on 28 February 2019. Along with Berwal, 14 other officers have been reshuffled across the state.
Some of the other officers who have been transferred recently include Ashutosh Pednekar, Sreya Guha, Ankit Kumar Singh, Naresh K Thakral, and others.
