As a part of a big reshuffle in the Punjab government’s administrative setup, Sanjay Popli, 2008-batch IAS officer, former Special Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Caste and Backward Class has been made Special Secretary Cooperation.
The 2008-batch IAS officer replaces Gaggandip Singh Brar, IAS.

The reshuffle has been done across the State of Punjab. It also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard of key departments of the state.
