Industry veteran Shailesh Bhayade has joined as VP-Product Management and Sales at Digisol Systems Ltd, a leading provider of active networking products.

He will be heading Digisol’s structured cabling solutions (SCS) business. Bhayade will be operating out of corporate office in Mumbai and will be responsible for sales, product management and new product development in the SCS products line.

Arati Naik, Chief Operating Officer, DIGISOL Systems Ltd. said, “With Shailesh coming on board, we will be scaling up our SCS product business, targeting the channel, SME and the enterprise segment. Shailesh brings in significant knowledge and experience in the structured cabling business. I am confident that our new cabling business will be a success under his leadership.”

Joining Digisol, Bhayade said, “I am excited to start my journey at Digisol where my responsibility is to spearhead the SCS business of one of the pioneer’s in Indian IT Industry. Digisol stands for honesty, ethics, integrity and epitomises quality and reliability. I hope to enunciate the same values through my responsibilities and teamwork.”

Bhayade has more than 24 years of experience. His domain areas include sales and marketing operations, business development and channel management of switchgear and networking products as well as wiring accessories.

His last stint was at D-Link, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, product enhancements, vendor management and operations for their SCS division.
