SS Yadav will head Delhi’s anti-corruption dept

indian-police_00063766For the past few days, a tussle has been going on between Delhi Government and the Centre over Sanjiv Chaturvedi’s (former CVO, AIIMS) relieving from the Centre. Thus, Surender Singh Yadav has been appointed as the chief of Delhi’s Anti-Corruption Branch. Initially, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also wanted Chaturvedi to head the branch. He is a 1997 batch IPS officer of Union Territory cadre.

Presently, Yadav is posted as Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Delhi.
