Arjun Munda, Jharkhand CM, has been invited to deliver a lecture on “smart government with all” at the second general assembly of “World e-Government Organisation of City Governments and Local Governments” at Barcelona in November.
The chief minister will be addressing leaders from all over the world on the steps taken by the state government for taking the benefit of e-Governance to each and every person through e-district project and the right to service initiative.
