The State government is initiating e-Governance and extensive percolation of IT literacy and massive IT related employment opportunities. Deputy Commissioner Mohinder Kumar started initiating e-Governance programme in the district by introducing computerised citizen centric services centre up to sub-tehsil level and empowering rural masses with computer literacy and making the district a part of the National e-Governance plan. He also introduced the computerisation of land records, birth and death certificates in the district. Bhiwani is the only district in Haryana, which is leading in e-Disha programme. Centres are providing 12 services to citizens under one roof. To make rural people computer literate, a two-month program of computer awareness and basic training has been introduced for rural youth in all nine e-Disha Centres in the district.
