The DLF IT Park@Chennai, a special economic zone would be ready to start working for DLF to enter in IT hub of South India market. The ready-built workspace for IT and ITES companies spread over in 10 blocks on a 41-acre campus would be ready to do occupation there in the DLF IT Park. As a part of notified SEZ, it will provide benefits of duty free import and exemption from Income-Tax, Maximum Alternate Tax, Central Sales-Tax and Service Tax. Each 10 blocks in the campus will have a built-up area ranging from 28,000-1,05,000 square feet.
