Bloggers are now bale to access, edit and post new entries as Internet Service Providers restore access to blog-hosting sites Blogspot.com and Typepad.com in a phased manner.
Airtel broadband users and Reliance Web World users said they were able to access blogspot.com. Following the public outcry over the blocking of the blog-hosting domains last week, the Department of Telecommunications had asked ISPs to explain why entire domains were targeted when it had demanded the blocking of only 17 specific websites and pages of blogsites.
