North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL), India has introduced two instant services for its consumers- bill alert and demand note alert.
The bill alert service will facilitate NDPL consumers to receive alerts instantly through e-Mail and sms. Only industrial and commercial consumers with a load of above 15kw can subscribe to this service. Whereas, the Demand Note Alert service will aid consumers applying for new connections or in cases related to changes in category, load and name. The NDPL consumers can register for the bill alert service just by sending an e-mail to consumercare@ndplonline.com giving details like the K-No, name and e-mail address. These e-mail alerts will be auto-generated without any manual intervention. All these services will be free of charge.
