Air port Manager for the airline's franchise partner, Yeshimebet Tilahun said the newly introduced service is customer friendly in that it allows passengers to book online and it avoids any chance of tickets being misplaced or stolen as customer information is stored electronically there by making it accessible to staff anytime anywhere. e-Tickets are secure, hassle- free and offer a whole host of advantages. As all the information is stored electronically, customers no longer need to worry about misplacing tickets or having them stolen because they go into their booking online and print as many booking receipts as they want.
