Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), India has procured 500 USB tokens, which would be attached with digital certificates. MTNL, one of the certifying authorities (CA), in the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) has driven MCA 21 e-Governance initiatives.

ROC services go online in Andhra Pradesh
The Ministry of Company Affairs, Andhra Pradesh (MCA), India, launched the MCA21 Project on April 20th, which provides all ROC services on the Internet. The services provided by the ROCs include registration of companies, receipt of the statutory returns filed by the companies and issue of copies of the records needed by them.
