Governments of developing nations, like India are investing time and resources to enable e-Governance and online citizen services.
Jaijit Bhattacharya is responsible for the creation of the next generation of solutions for the governments, based on open standards. Bhattacharya also advises governments on e-Governance strategies. He is an e- overnance advisor to Government of Sri Lanka and has been conducting trainings for ADB institute in Tokyo on Public Expenditure Management as well as helping the World Bank develop curriculum for their e-Leadership programme.
