ICT empowerment programme moves to second phase in South Africa
The second phase of the ICT development programme is rolling out. The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), the Department of Provincial and Local Government (DPLG), the South African Local Government Association (Salga) and the Local Government Seta would be rolling out the second phase of the ICT training skills programme for municipalities in all nine provinces.
