There have been several Asian countries that have made enormous progress in the arena of ICT awareness, knowledge, and skill. Some have completely outpaced others on particular areas and have become global leaders.
The Government of Uganda will soon have a statewide Web portal that will consolidate the individual Web sites of various government institutions.
