The Government of Jamaica is planning to give an opportunity to physically disabled persons in the country to learn valuable computer skills, so that they can reap best results by making use of it. e-Governance is more about opportunity for administrative reforms than just electronics, IT and infrastructure. If we miss this opportunity to re-engineer government processes before computerisation, the cost will be enormous.
