India is on the way to initiate electronic travel documents like biometric passports, e-Visas and other immigration processes are all being revamped. It is another project aimed at reducing personal interface and corruption. The way we travel will never be the same again
Brookings Institution of Governance Studies has ranked South Korea at the 1st position out of 198 countries. Other highly ranked countries in the study are Taiwan, United States, Singapore, Canada, Australia, Germany and Ireland. Singapore, which was placed 4th, is the top ranking country among Asean nations.

Soon, every citizen in Brunei will be able to get e-Passport or biometric passport. The Department of National Registration and Immigration has officially launched e-Passport project in 2008.
