Hence in order to overcome this hurdle, the Government of Kerela, announced Malayalam computing initiative, whereby it tries to bridge the technology-language divide and helps in its smooth operating by the people.

The National Spot Exchange (NSEL) of India in association with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) has been appointed to upgrade the working of the existing network of Common Service Centres (CSCs) which are a part of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) of India. Both the organisations will work towards the development of synergies between the NSEL and CSC projects which will provide e-trading platform to the farmers.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced that the villagers in West Bengal from July onwards can submit their landline and mobile phone bills through Common Service Centres (CSCs) or Tathya Mitra Kendras set up by Srei Sahaj e-Village Limited across 14 districts of the state under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP).
