Approving a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, the Government of Himachal Pradesh, on June 22, issued the transfer and posting orders of 41 IAS officers across the state.

1. Subhasish Panda (IAS 1997-Batch) has been posted as Principal Secretary, Tourism & Civil Aviation.

2. Devesh Kumar (IAS 1998-Batch) has been assigned additional charge of Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, Shimla. At present, he is Secretary, Chief Minister and holds the additional charge of Secretary, GAD, Secretariat Administration, Sainik Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs.

3. Rakesh Kanwar (IAS 2007-Batch) has been posted as Secretary to the Governor. Also, he has been given the additional charge of State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming in the Department of Agriculture.

4. Amit Kashyap (IAS 2008-Batch) has been assigned the charge of Director, Tourism & Civil Aviation with the additional charge of MD, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, Shimla.

5. Capt (Retd) J M Pathania (IAS 2008-Batch) has been given the charge of MD, Himachal Pradesh Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. Pathania also gets the additional charge of MD, Himachal Pradesh Agro Industrial Packaging India Limited, Shimla.

6. Rakhil Kahlon (IAS 2008-Batch) has been made Director, Women and Child Development.

7. Manasi Sahay Thakur (IAS 2009-Batch) has been posted as MD, General Industries Corporation, Shimla.

8. Rohan Chand Thakur (IAS 2009-Batch) has been posted as MD, Himachal Pradesh Financial Corporation, Shimla.

9. Dr Raj Krishan Pruthi (IAS 2009-Batch) has been posted as Special Secretary, Agriculture and has been given the additional charge of Director, Agriculture, Shimla.

10. Vinod Kumar (IAS 2009-Batch) has been made MD, Himachal Pradesh Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation, Kangra.

11. Yunus (IAS 2010-Batch) has been made Commissioner, Excise and Taxation.

12. Chandra Prakash Verma (IAS 2010-Batch) has been made Special Secretary, Personnel and has been given the additional charges of Special Secretary-cum-Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development and Commissioner Department Enquiries, Shimla.

13. Amarjeet Singh (IAS 2010-Batch) will assume the post of Director, Public Finance-cum-Public Enterprises-cum-Special Secretary, Finance and Director, Treasuries, Accounts and Lotteries, Shimla.

14. Rugved Milind Thakur (IAS 2011-Batch) has been made Director, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj and Ex-officio Special Secretary, Panchayat Raj.

15. Lalit Jain (IAS 2011-Batch) has been made MD, Himachal Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd, Shimla.

16. Vivek Bhatia (IAS 2011-Batch) has been posted as Director, Department of Empowerment of Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Minorities and the Specially Abled. Also, Bhatia gets the additional charge of Director, Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration, Shimla.

17. Gopal Chand (IAS 2011-Batch) has been given the additional charge of Special Secretary, Industries. Chand is currently serving as Special Secretary, MPP and Power and NCES and the additional charge of Director, Youth Services and Sports, shall also hold

18. Kalyan Chand (IAS 2011-Batch) has been appointed as Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Shimla. He has also been given the additional charge of MD, Himachal Pradesh Minorities Finance and Development Corporation, Shimla.

19. Rakesh Kumar Prajapati (IAS 2012-Batch) has been given the post of Director, Industries with the additional charge of MD, Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Shimla.

20. Dr Richa Verma (IAS 2012-Batch) has been made CEO, Baddi Barotiwala, Nalagarh Development Authority (BBNDA), Baddi, Solan District.

21. Devinder Kumar Rattan (IAS 2012-Batch) has been posted as Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Shimla.

22. Kritika Kulhari (IAS 2013-Batch) has been assigned the post of Deputy Commissioner, Solan.

23. Hemraj Bairwa (IAS 2013-Batch) has been made MD, National Health Mission, Shimla.

24. Neeral Kumar (IAS 2013-Batch) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Lahaul and Spiti.

25. Manmohan Sharma (IAS 2013-Batch) has been given the charge of Director, Urban Development with the additional charge of CEO-cum-MD, Shimla Smart City Ltd.

26. Rohit Jamwal (IAS 2014-Batch) has been made Labour Commissioner-cum-Director of Employment, Shimla.

27. Dr Nipul Jindal (IAS 2014-Batch) has been given the post of Deputy Commissioner, Kangra.

28. Abid Hussain Sadiq (IAS 2014-Batch) has been made Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur.

29. Ashutosh Garg (IAS 2014-Batch) has been appointed as District Collector, Kullu.

30. Arindam Chaudhary (IAS 2014-Batch) has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Mandi.

31. Ram Kumar Gautam (IAS 2014-Batch) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Sirmaur.

32. Pankaj Rai (IAS 2014-Batch) has been given the post of Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur.

33. Apoorv Devgan (IAS 2015-Batch) has been posted as Member Secretary, Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board, Shimla.

34. Mukesh Repaswal (IAS 2015-Batch) has been given the charge of Director, IT, Shimla, with the additional charge of MD, Himachal Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation, Shimla.

35. Dr Priyanka Verma (IAS 2015-Batch) has been made Director, Personnel and Finance, Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, Shimla.

36. Anurag Chander (IAS 2016-Batch) has been given the charge of Special Secretary, Excise and Taxation and Public Works Department with the additional charge of Director, Estates, Shimla.

37. Sonakshi Singh Tomar (IAS 2016-Batch) has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Development-cum-Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Sirmaur.

38. Zaffar Iqbal (IAS 2017-Batch) has been made Additional Deputy Commissioner, Development-cum-Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Solan.
