CM Yogi launches early warning system & mobile app to safeguard from disasters

In a move to strengthen the preparedness for disasters in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a state-of-art NIC developed ‘Early Warning System for Weather Alerts’ and ‘Aapda Prahari Mobile App for Disaster Management‘ in the State. The newly launched system is designed to send timely Alerts/Warnings/Disaster information in the form of text/voice messages in Hindi based on the information provided by Indian Meteorological Department, Government of India, and helps to safeguard the life & property of the citizens of UP from severe weather conditions and disasters.
