Gagandeep Singh Brar, former Special Secretary, Cooperation becomes Special Secretary Animal Husbandry Fisheries and Dairy Development.
The reshuffle, carried out across the State of Punjab, also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard of key departments of the State.
