Sushma Suri has recently been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Department of Legal Affairs for a year on contract basis. An order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training confirmed the same. She retired on Mar 31 this year, and her one year tenure for the post of Additional Secretary began from the month of April only.
