According to Satyabrata Sahu, collector of the district, the launch of the video conferencing system would be a major step in fulfilling the objectives of e-governance. The project will provide video conferencing facility to the citizens. This video conferencing facility has been set up with hardware and technical support of National Informatics Centre. It would also provide the direct discussions and conferencing among officials at district, state and central levels.
