The Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (ILFS) will monitor the implementation of the software. According to the proposal, the eight government departments, which include the chief minister secretariat, would be linked together to the State-Wide Area Network. The main aim of the project is to establish direct contact with villages and make the functions more transparent.
