Neeraj Kumar Gupta, 1982 batch UP cadre IAS, has been appointed as Secretary, Board for Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises (BRPSE) under Department of Public Enterprises. Gupta is presently serving in his cadre state, Uttar Pradesh.
