Odisha government has shifted  32 senior officers. The officers transferred include:

• Sanjay Kumar has been posted as the DIG in-charge of law and order.
• The 1998 batch officer N B Bharathi has been posted as the DIG modernisation after her return from the Central deputation.
• Sambalpur SP Prateek Mohanty got promotion and has been posted as the DIG Northern Range in place of Sanjay Kumar.
• Nitinjeet Singh, 2004 batch IPS, longest serving DCP Bhubaneswar, has been posted as the new SP Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
• Satyabrata Bhoi, who was SP Jagatsinghpur, is shifted to the Capital City as its DCP, Bhubaneswar.
• Angul district SP Narasingha Bhol has been posted as SP Ganjam.
• Amitendra Nath Sinha, 2002 batch IPS, who was SP Rourkela, is new SP Vigilance, Cuttack.
• Satish Kumar Gajbhiye, 2002 batch IPS, who was serving as Commandant OSAP, is new SP Kendrapada.
• Mayurbhanj SP Nikhil Kumar Kanodia is posted as SP Dhenkanal.
• SP vigilance, Bhubaneswar Sanjay Kumar Kaushal is new SP Railways, Cuttack.
• Jajpur SP Deepak Kumar has been posted as SP Balangir.
• Ashis Kumar Singh, SP Ganjam, is posted as SP Puri.
• Amrita Dash, 2006 batch IPS, who was in DCP Armed in the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Commissionerate of Police is posted as DCP Headquarters.
• Anirudh Kumar Singh, 2006 batch IPS, who was SP Berhampur, will take over as the new SP Rourkela.
• Anoop Krishna, 2006 batch IPS, who was SP Bargarh, is transferred as SP Mayurbhanj.
• Sudha Singh, 2006 batch IPS, who was SP Vigilance, has been posted as the SP Jagatsinghpur.
• Anup Kumar Sahoo, who was SP Puri, will be taking over as new SP Jajpur
• Sarthak Sarangi, SP, Kalahandi is transferred as SP Berhampur.

• Awinash Kumar, the 2007 batch IPS,  is posted as SP Balasore. The post was lying vacant for quite some time after 2002 batch IPS, S Parveen Kumar left to join Central Posting.
• Niti Sekhar, 2007 batch IPS, who was SP Sonepur has been posted as SP Nayagarh.
• Gajapati SP, Rajesh Uttamrao Pandit, has been posted as SP Angul.
• Nuapada SP Umashankar Dash, is posted as the new SP Bargarh
• R Prakash, who was SP Balangir, is posted as new SP Sundargarh.
• SP Railway, Satyajit Nayak, posted at Rourkela, has been posted as SP Gajapati.
• Malkangiri SP, Akhileswar Singh is posted as the SP Sambalpur.
• Brajesh Kumar Rai, who was SP Nabarangpur is posted as new SP Kalahandi.
• Charan Singh Meena, SP Gajapati, is transferred and posted as the new SP Koraput.
• Mitrabhanu Mohapatra, 2010 batch IPS, who was Additional SP Koraput, has been shifted as new SP Malkangiri.
• Sarah Sharma, 2010 batch IPS, presently Additional SP Angul will be new SP Sonepur.
• Sunil Joshi, 2010 batch IPS, Additioanl SP Balangir, is posted as the SP Nuapada.
• Parul Gupta, 2010 batch IPS, Additional SP Bargarh, is posted as the new SP Nabarangpur.
• K Siva Subramani, 2010 batch IPS, who was Additional SP, will take over as the new SP Rayagada.
