e-Gram Sampark Centers in Punjab

The government of Punjab in an attempt to empower the rural people introduced e-Gram Sampark Center at village Kaimbwala on the pattern of Jan Sampark Services being provided free of cost in Urban areas.

The government of Punjab in an attempt to empower the rural people introduced e-Gram Sampark Center at village Kaimbwala on the pattern of Jan Sampark Services being provided free of cost in Urban areas.

The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Gen. (Retd.) S.F. Rodrigues inaugurated the e-Gram Sampark Cenetr in village Kaimbwala. It will cater to for the population of villages in Kaimbwala and Rai Khurd. According to General Rodrigues, sampark centers will not only provide them various public utility services but it will act as a rural knowledge center equipped with an IT support structure
