Several manufacturers have already registered in the website. Companies registered in the 'Made in the UAE' website can enjoy a host of benefits that are unique to e-commerce, like reduced costs, increased sales and greater reach. In addition, the website serves as a channel of communication between local factories and international investors. The 'Made in the UAE' website (www.madeintheuae.com) is supported by an advanced search engine that facilitates access to any information from the national database. The website has been developed to serve as a database for the local industries as it includes all the local manufacturing establishments listed with the ministry.
